 Dr. Georgis has been practicing the Art of Plastic Surgery in Rockford for nearly 25 years. Born in Chicago, he attended the prestigious Brown University for his undergraduate degree. He enjoyed the Ivy League so much that he continued at Brown University to obtain his MD degree. After graduation, it was time to return to his Midwestern roots. He completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at Rush University in Chicago and opened his practice in Rockford. He is married with three grown children.
Dr. Georgis has chosen to concentrate his practice on cosmetic surgery. This allows him to indulge his creativity. He loves helping people fulfill their wishes. He realizes that successful plastic surgery must look as natural as possible. He enjoys taking time to talk with patients and learn their goals. He then is able to discuss with them a surgical plan that will fulfill, to the greatest extent possible, those aims.
His is a very personal practice. He strives to see each patient at every office visit. He spends time talking to patients both before and after surgery. Dr. Georgis is truly a "people person" who enjoys his interactions with his patients.
